Anjali Bajaj Dooley
Co-Founder & CEO
Anjali Bajaj Dooley is a seasoned executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience as a CEO, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Counsel. As Co-Founder and CEO of Bajaj Realty Group, LLC, she and Aarti are actively scaling a $35 million real estate portfolio-revitalizing communities, delivering strong returns, and rapidly building a sustainable larger, impact-driven real estate platform.
Anjali holds a JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, an MBA from DePaul University, and advanced executive education from Columbia University, NY. She is an active Board Member for various start up companies in the finance and medical sectors.
Aarti Bajaj Judd
Co-Founder & CFO
Aarti Bajaj Judd is a strategic leader and researcher with 20 years of experience across academia, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise spans market experience research and analysis, and strategic roadmaps, with a track record of guiding Fortune 500 companies like YUM Brands, Ford, SherwinWilliams, and T-Mobile through multimillion-dollar initiatives. As Co-Founder and CFO of Bajaj Realty Group, LLC, she and Anjali are actively scaling a $35 million real estate portfolio-energizing communities with their development.
Aarti holds a Ph.D. in Education Research and Public Policy from the University of Kansas and two master’s degrees in economics and statistics from Vanderbilt University, TN and Columbia University, NY.
